Processing Time
Every item at The VXcraft is printed just for you — nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be shipped. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed before it ships.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- US orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers — don't worry, that's normal, and each package will have its own tracking number.
Return & Refund Policy
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges for size or preference changes — please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
That said, we stand behind the quality of every order. We'll happily replace or refund your item if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- There's a significant printing error
To request a replacement or refund, email us. within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out quickly.
Please note: we're not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered by mistake, or minor color variations (screens display colors slightly differently than print).
