Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges for size or preference changes — please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every order. We'll happily replace or refund your item if:

• It arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or size
• There's a significant printing error

To request a replacement or refund, Contact us  within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out quickly.

Please note: we're not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered by mistake, or minor color variations (screens display colors slightly differently than print).
